AS ABOVE, SO BELOW: Local Landlord Experiences Spiritual Principle With Deadbeats On 7th And 8th Floors Who Refuse To Pay Rent On Time

After wading into the ancient Hermetic principle of “As above, so below”, explaining the interplay of energies at all levels of existence, local landlord Katherine Justpayme, 46, has seen this principle play out in her own building.

“I never knew what it meant, then I saw both the 7th AND 8th floor freeloaders give me a sob story about why they can’t make rent this month”, said Justpayme, at a ‘Hermetic landlords of Southern California’ meetup luncheon, “Namaste.”

The tenants, when reached for comment, disputed the principle.

“Oh, it’s totally misunderstood”, said Crystal Di Wooini, 26, resident of the 7th floor, “It really means that the macrocosm of the universe not paying **** until the toilet is fixed is playing out through my tenancy. It’s pretty inspiring actually.”

At press time, Justpayme was seen applying another Hermetic principle to her building, that of cause and effect, when she approved 6 a.m. pipe drilling on the 7th and 8th floors.
